The Exclusive Property Management Homeowner and Board App offers a streamlined, mobile-optimized interface for managing community association activities. It consolidates functions such as making payments, reviewing account details, and accessing community information into a single, user-friendly platform.

Existing users with login credentials for the association’s CINC website can authenticate using their usual email address and password. New users can easily register by clicking the registration button and submitting their information; upon approval, they will receive an email with a link to set their password, enabling immediate access through the app.

If users forget their password, they can select the "Forgot Password" option, enter their email address, and receive instructions via email to reset their password. Once reset, they can log in using their email and new credentials.
